Items You CANNOT Return:

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Items purchased at 70% discount or more
  • Promotional or special offer items (unless stated otherwise)

Hygiene & Personal Items

  • Sports bras, underwear, swimwear
  • Socks and compression wear
  • Headbands and accessories that touch skin directly

Used or Damaged Items

  • Items that have been worn (other than trying on)
  • Items that are washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items with signs of use (stains, odors, etc.)

Custom or Personalized Items

  • Special orders or custom-made products

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, items must meet ALL of these conditions:

1. Timeframe

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Return request initiated within 7 days

2. Condition

  • Unworn and unwashed: No signs of wear or use
  • Original tags attached: All tags must be intact and attached
  • Original packaging: Items must be in original box/bag
  • Clean and odor-free: No perfumes, smoke smells, or stains
  • Complete: All accessories and components included

3. Proof of Purchase

  • Original receipt or order confirmation
  • Order number from our website
  • Proof of payment

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us (Within 7 Days)

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will review your request and provide:

  • Return authorization number (RMA number)
  • Return instructions
  • Return shipping address (if applicable)

Do not send items back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Step 3: Pack Your Return

  • Place item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Write your RMA number clearly on the package
  • Pack securely to prevent damage during shipping

Step 4: Return the Item

Option A: Return to Store (FREE)

  • Visit our Salmiya store during business hours
  • Bring the item(s) with original receipt
  • Get immediate processing (refund or exchange on the spot)

Once we receive your return:

  • We inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days
  • We verify the condition meets return requirements
  • We process your refund, exchange, or store credit
  • You receive email confirmation

Full Refund to Original Payment Method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
